Will I Get A Tracking Number?

As soon as the postal service assign a tracking number to your order, a notification email will be sent directly to you.

My Tracking Number Is Not Found, Why?

We try to provide you with a Tracking Number immediately to show that we have processed the order, once the postal service update the tracking you will see an update on the status. So it may appear as "Not Found" but it means the postal service have received your order from us and they are currently processing it.

My Tracking Number Has Not Updated In A Long Time, Why?

The postal service definitely have your order and it is on it's way to you in the air, the next update will be when it has been scanned for domestic delivery.
